What do the high and low flockings correspond to?
The upper flocking is the flocking that will be above the number, the lower flocking will be below the number. This allows you to increase your customization possibilities and thus why not make nice puns or other things!
I haven't received my tracking number, what should I do?
The tracking number is available 4 to 5 days after your order. It will be sent to you by email if you have provided one, otherwise, do not hesitate to contact us on our networks so that we can give it to you.
